TEMS

BRINGS HER BORN IN THE WILD TOUR TO AUSTRALIA THIS NOVEMBER

Grammy Award-winning, Oscar nominated, Lagos, Nigeria-based singer, songwriter, and producer Tems will bring her anticipated Born In The Wild Tour to Australia with a series of East Coast headline shows this November.

Tems last month released ‘Love Me JeJe’, the first taste of music from her anticipated debut studio album, Born In The Wild, set for release this May. Watch the music video HERE. The song was performed during Tems’ Coachella Music Festival debut in April, a set that was met with rave reviews with Billboard praising the “striking set… backed by a gorgeous outdoor setting on the stage that perfectly matched her warm, powerful voice”, as Wizkid and Justin Bieber dropped in for a surprise rendition of ‘Essence’.

“she’s a star, and every single makes this fact more clear” – Pitchfork

“The 28-year-old Nigerian artist’s rich, velvety voice has travelled far beyond the African continent and become a mesmerizing fixture in popular music” – Billboard

Tems was recently honored with the Breakthrough Award at Billboard’s 2024 Women in Music Awards, where she delivered a stunning live performance of  ‘Not An Angel’ – watch HERE. A nod to her songwriting, production and creation of some of the most successful Afrobeats tracks from the last few years – including Grammy-winning track ‘WAIT FOR YOU’ with Future and Drake, ‘No.1’ with breakthrough artist Tyla, and ‘Fountains’ with Drake, as well as a feature on Beyonce’s track ‘MOVE’ – Tems is a collaborator and creator, giving her genre-bending fusion of Afrobeats, neo-soul and alternative R&B their place in mainstream music.

Tems will land down under just a year on from her last visit in what will be her biggest Australian shows to date. With undeniable vocals that command a crowd, and supporters that include the likes of Drake, Beyonce, SZA and Nicki Minaj, don’t miss Tems live in Australia November.
