Fortitude First Club members kick off their concert experience with pre-sale access before tickets go on sale to the general public. For every show, you can arrive at the venue with streamlined private entry straight into the Premium Lounge where you can enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival from dedicated bar staff. You can enjoy these perks by simply flashing your personal FFC keyring. Any queries you can reach out to your dedicated customer service all year long.

Get first dibs on tickets with access to our members-only pre-sale for most shows at The Fortitude Music Hall. Secure up to 2 tickets for you and your plus-one before the public sale.
Skip the lines with our exclusive private entry, so you can spend less time waiting and more time enjoying. Entry to the Premium Lounge (The Outpost), via an exclusive entrance that opens 30 mins prior to GA Doors. This is located to the right of our front venue entrance, in Brunswick St Mall.
Complimentary access to our Members Lounge, 30 minutes before event Doors open, during most concerts. The lounge features:
A premium bar offering top-shelf beverages and signature cocktails.

We’re excited to introduce the Fortitude First Club, the brand-new membership program at The Fortitude Music Hall. One of the exclusive benefits of being a member is priority access to all our presales, delivered straight to your email inbox.
How do we ensure you receive presale links or codes?
Upon becoming a member, your email will be automatically included in all Fortitude Music Hall presale distributions. Please ensure you monitor your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, to avoid missing any updates.
How do I get my super special key ring?
Your customized key ring will be available for pick-up at The Fortitude Music Hall during operating hours. Simply head to the Box Office, located at the front-left Brunswick Street Mall entrance to the venue, to collect it.
Can I bring a guest into the Premium Lounge?
Access to the Premium Lounge is an exclusive benefit of Fortitude First Club membership. While members are unable to bring a guest into the lounge, your guest has the option to purchase an individual Premium Lounge upgrade for the specific show or secure their own membership to enjoy full access to all the perks.
Please note that if a show has already sold out prior to you joining the Fortitude First Club, our ability to secure tickets for you will be extremely limited once the event has reached capacity. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
